This remarkable image is hand printed from the original 4″ by 5″ transparency shot during a 1947 SPORT magazine photo session for an article previewing Rocky Graziano’s first battle royale against Tony Zale. The image was one of 61 that comprised The Italian Stallions exhibition, part of the 2006 Contact Photo Festival in Toronto.
Printed on 100% Hahnemuhle cotton rag paper using UltraChrome K3 pigmented inks for the highest available archival quality. Each piece is hand titled and numbered, carries The SPORT Collection emboss and is accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity. Mounting, matting and framing are also to the highest archival standards.
Finished image size, 14″ wide by 17″ high. Framed size, 21 3/16″ by 25″.
