Holiday Orders Shipping Deadlines 2026
See below for our guidelines for shipping cut-offs for delivery by Dec 24. Note that these are just guidelines. We are not the shipping carriers and cannot guarantee any of their timelines.
U.S.A orders are shipping via DHL or USPS with duties and tariffs pre-paid at checkout. Processing times for US orders are higher right now. Please note US orders are NOT eligible for return or exchange. All sales are final. All US order timelines cannot be guaranteed due to potential delays in customs.
The below dates apply to in-stock items. Special order, print orders, and backorder items are will take longer to ship.
Orders in Toronto and the GTA ship via Trexity and Mile1. If you see one of these options at checkout these will arrive quickly. In stock orders can arrive as quickly as same day or next day if ordered early enough in the day. Not guarantee due to volume of orders.

USA and International Orders
International orders ship via DHL from Toronto, ON, M5A 3C4. For the most accurate delivery times please check the DHL site for estimated delivery time and add 3-6 business days for order processing.
Eastern US: Order by December 13th at 11:00AM EST.
Western US: Order by December 10th at 11:00AM EST.
International: Order by December 10th at 11:00AM EST.
The above dates apply to all in-stock items. Backordered and special order items may need additional time—we will contact you if your item is not in stock.
Print Orders: Most of our prints are made to order. If you are looking to purchase a print for December 25 please call or email us in order to choose a print that is in stock.
