The New York Cubans were a Negro league baseball team that played during the 1930s and from 1939 to 1950. They fielded a large number of hispanic players, and won the Negro League World Series in 1947.
This amazing, one-of-a-kind painting shows off Proffitt's signature style. It is rustic, textured, and extremely detailed.
