Indiana was trailing by 6 pts at the half, but the undefeated team was up for the challenge. Quinn Buckner helped shift the momentum with this great steal to give Indiana a 4 point lead. Indiana went on to win by 18 points, getting their third National Championship title.
1987 National Championship

30 March, 1987
Trailing by 1 pt with 27 secs left, Indiana brought the ball upcourt. Steve Alford is covered so Keith Smart gets the ball and penetrates, passing to Daryl Thomas. Thomas can't get a clean shot and finds Smart again who hits a jumper with 5 secs remaining, securing Indiana its 5th championship.

Indiana vs Michigan State

7 January, 2001
No one gave unranked Indiana much of a chance when it faced #1 Michigan State. But Indiana stayed close, playing ferocious defense, but trailed by 2 with 7 seconds left. Indiana inbounded and found Kirk Haston on the 3 point line. Haston sank the 3 as time expired to win the game.
2011 Regular Season

Indiana and Kentucky had battled back and forth for the lead but with time running out Kentucy was up by 2 points. Verdell Jones III took the ball with 5 seconds left and drove the court, kicking back to Christian Watford who put up the game-winning three-pointer as time expired.
